Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 7-day return window, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when received, with original packaging intact. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at enquiry@refinol.com.my with photos and order details so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cat litter are not eligible for return. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before making a request.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount.
