While we’re a small team, we’ll always do our best to prioritise and ship your order as promptly as possible. Thank you for your kind understanding and support! 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, promotions, or festive seasons.


Shipping Locations

Clumpy currently ships within Malaysia only.

If you are located outside our shipping areas or have special delivery requirements, please contact us at enquiry@refinol.com.my before placing an order.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Parcel weight and size

As cat litter is a heavy item, shipping charges may vary accordingly. Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • West Malaysia: 2–7 business days

  • East Malaysia: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.

Clumpy is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability

  • Re-delivery charges incurred as a result of the above


Damaged Parcels During Transit

While we take great care in packaging our products, damage may occasionally occur during transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the parcel and product upon receipt

  2. Contact us within 48 hours at enquiry@refinol.com.my

We will assess the situation and advise on the next steps.


Unsuccessful or Returned Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
